How they met: We met 4 1/2 years ago at a mutual friends party & basically have been inseparable ever since. We were what each other needed. We give to the relationship what the other lacks, it makes a great balance. Two totally different people that ended up fitting together perfectly.

Our LOVE Story (told by Artemis): We went on a seven day cruise. The first few days I thought Cesar was a little off & not quite himself, but wasn’t sure why. Then Wednesday (after I made Cesar walk over eight miles exploring Mexico) we got back to the ship & all cleaned up for the nightly dinner feast. Cesar left dinner to “use the bathroom & grab a coffee”, little did I know he was going to talk to one of the ship’s photographers. He told him that he would be back up in about thirty minutes & that he was going to propose to his girlfriend. Then, after dinner I was stuffed and ready to go watch the shows, but Cesar was insistent on taking some formal portraits. I didn’t like the backdrop Cesar wanted (typical lol) so I had us first pose with a different photographer. Cesar still wanted to use the cruise backdrop (that I wasn’t a fan of) so we made our way over. The photographer was great & had us pose several different ways. Then, he told me to face Cesar for a final pose. I did, & then Cesar said, “Artemis Tami Arvanitis” & dropped down to one knee. My immediate response was “what are you doing?!” & “are you serious?!” That is literally all I remember. Annnnnnddd… everything else was a blur! There was a crowd of people cheering & clapping for us. Afterwards, we made our way to the ventriloquist show. I wasn’t able to focus AT ALL, just sat and stared at the beautiful ring on my finger. Cesar said I missed a great show, but was amused at my complete & utter shock and awe to the reality that we were engaged! I did NOT see it coming!

In between the ceremony and reception, we took some beautiful portraits in Palm Beach outside of The Society of the Four Arts.
