Michelle and Nick had a memorable Hyatt Pier Sixty-Six Wedding in Fort Lauderdale. First, Nick got ready at the hotel while Michelle got ready at her parent’s house, surrounded by family and friends. Next, they held their ceremony at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Coral Springs. After that we took their portraits at the Hyatt Pier 66, and they even got invited on a yacht to make their pictures even more memorable! Then of coarse came the PARTY, where you’ll be sure to spot the photo-bombing neon-green friend of theirs!
Their Love Story: After both transferring to Florida Gulf Coast University, they became neighbors in their college apartment and met at a party for Super Bowl XLVI Giants vs. Patriots (February 5, 2012). Nick went back up to Ohio during that summer and they reconnected when Nick came back to Fort Myers to celebrate his birthday and start a new semester in August 2012. They started dating September 7, 2012 after a night out with friends. They managed to maintain a long distance relationship when Michelle moved back to Coral Springs for her clinicals at the beginning of 2013. Nick proposed May 16, 2014 while having dinner on Naples Beach. Nick attempted to get Michelle down to the water to “just take a picture in the sunset.” Finally he was able to pop the question, and of coarse she said yes! With Naples being significant, you might remember we shot their engagement session on Naples Beach as well.
